Furthr Festival 2022

Connecting Innovation, Sustainability and Technology

Convention Centre, Dublin
Fri 21 October 2022

Furthr Festival is back with 5 stages!

Great Expectations!
The business world is facing unprecedented challenges! Over the course of the next decade, we will experience more technological advancement than in the past 100 years combined!
As we watch entire industries being reshaped by emerging technologies, the implications for business are huge. At Furthr Festival we explore the challenges and the opportunities arising.

Great ideas alone don’t make a successful entrepreneur, having the idea and then turning it into a business creates the distinction between dream and reality. For the entrepreneur the path is rarely ever straight and narrow, but they never lose sight of their ultimate goal.

Commitment is hard; it takes complete conviction. There’s no room for doubt or second-guessing, it’s all or nothing. You either jump, or you don’t and to be successful requires this dedication and focus.

Future generations cannot voice their concerns. As we develop the innovations and technologies of tomorrow, it is necessary for policy makers to ensure that we keep children, and those not yet born, at the centre of the transformation agenda.

The world around us is changing quickly. What worked last month, might not work in the future. The nature of work and society is evolving at pace. As we think about the new opportunities being created, how can business leaders prepare for the future instead of reacting to it.

The window of time to stabilise our climate is closing. A rethinking of energy, materials and infrastructure is required to deliver an affordable and sustainable energy future. Getting on track to net-zero by 2040 will require significant investment and resources to deliver.

To succeed in today’s business world and weather the macroeconomic volatility, entrepreneurs need to improve and accelerate business performance across the top line, bottom line and green line. Process mining is the answer!
