Championing the Future of Irish Entrepreneurship
Furthr is proud to stand alongside the founders shaping the future of Irish entrepreneurship and innovation. By providing them with the resources and networks they need, we ensure they are ready to take on the challenges and opportunities that come with scaling globally.
Whether it’s developing investor-ready strategies, securing pre-seed or seed funding, or growing into high-potential businesses, Furthr is committed to driving transformative growth for Ireland’s start-up ecosystem. Together, we’re creating a brighter, more innovative future.

Each year, Furthr collaborates with 300 start-ups, providing specialised one-on-one consultations to approximately 100 of them. These consultations help founders develop robust business plans,
secure investment, and unlock their growth potential.
Driving Innovation and Growth in Ireland
Supported by the Department of Enterprise, Trade, and Employment, alongside Enterprise Ireland, Furthr offers tailored acceleration and mentorship programmes. These programs guide startups from early-stage ideation to securing venture-backed investment, equipping founders with the tools, expertise, and connections needed for success.
The impact of our work is remarkable. In 2024 alone, Furthr supported companies employed over 350 people, contributing significantly to job creation, economic growth, and innovation in Ireland.
Our founders are among the most inspiring and ambitious entrepreneurs in Ireland. They aim to achieve commercial success while navigating the make-or-break moments that define the startup
journey. With Furthr’s guidance, these founders are equipped to build and scale their businesses, reaching global markets.

Furthr works annually with 40 Innovative High Potential Startups (iHPSUs) across sectors such as ICT, FinTech, EdTech, AI, and ILSC. For early-stage companies, we provide dedicated workshops that focus on Pre-Seed Start Funding, scaling strategies, and securing seed investments.
