As 2024 draws to a close, I am proud to reflect on what has been a transformative year for Furthr. Together, we have driven innovation, supported over 300 ambitious Founders and championed start-up initiatives that have collectively raised over €35 million in funding. This momentum is a testament to the incredible resilience and vision of the entrepreneurs, partners and investors with whom we are privileged to work.
In 2024, our Furthr Foundry Accelerator launched, guiding 10 innovative start-ups to become investor-ready, with several already securing significant investments. Furthr VC reached a milestone of €15 million invested across 24 scaling companies and we’re thrilled to announce the groundwork is being laid for an even larger fund in 2025. Our commitment to nurturing early-stage innovation was further underscored by our masterclasses and mentoring programmes, equipping founders with the tools to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape.
Looking ahead to 2025, we aim to deepen our impact with expanded funding initiatives and cutting-edge support programmes, leveraging best practices from our European networks. Sustainability, inclusivity, and digital transformation will remain central to our mission as we empower Ireland’s brightest innovators to scale globally.
